Case Submission
A link for case submission will be added here. Please check back shortly.
Participants are warmly invited to submit interesting cases for the bone marrow workshop. Cases will be accepted in the following three categories:
1. Triple negative myeloproliferations (absence of JAK2, CALR and MPL mutations) interrogating the borderline between myeloproliferative neoplasms and non-neoplastic proliferations, as well as “borderline” to MDS/MPN and MDS with thrombocytosis (including cases that display an MPN-like clinical and morphological presentation, but MDS and MDS/MPN-like genetics: 5q-, SF3B1, TET2, SRSF2, ZRSR2, etc.). Cases with germline variants, as well as cases with well-defined secondary causes (e.g. hereditary or secondary polycythaemia), are excluded.
2. Acute myeloid leukaemia and MDS cases with potentially disease-defining mutations that are not yet recognised as such in the current classification systems (e.g. RUNX1, UBTF, etc.).
3. Primary large cell / high-grade lymphomas of bone or presenting exclusively in the bone marrow.
