Registration includes admission to all scientific sessions and workshops, the welcome reception and the gala dinner. Both on-site and virtual participation options are available.

CME Accreditation

An application for CME accreditation by the UEMS–EACCME® is in preparation. The number of credits awarded will be announced here once accreditation has been granted.

Visa

Entry formalities for Slovenia vary according to country of origin. Participants are asked to address enquiries about entry and vaccination requirements to their travel agent or to the local Consulate of Slovenia in their home country. Further information is available at gov.si. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if one is required.

Letter of Invitation

An official personalised letter of invitation can be provided to registered participants for the purpose of visa applications. It does not represent any commitment by the organisers to provide financial support. To request one, please email your full name, passport number, passport expiry date, country of origin, date of birth and registration ID.

Method of Payment

All fees are stated in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. For online registrations, institutions that provide a valid VAT identification number will be invoiced under the EU reverse-charge mechanism. Payment is made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) through the secure online registration system.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation will be sent by email.
